Shane's comments:  I have had the privilege of hunting this farm for 3 years now and it has blown me away.   I have had the largest 2 year old that I have ever seen, over 140" right in front of me (this buck is still alive and should score close to 200" next year as a 4 year old), and a buck that we call The Freak, two steps from being killed on video.  The buck to doe ratio is unreal you will see way more bucks than does.  In 2009 we harvested a 5 year old 151" 8 pt. a 4 year old 147" 10 pt. and have pics of a 216" non typical that was killed on the neighboring property (see pics below).  The seller has strategically placed bedding areas for security, food plots for nutrition, and deer stands for optimal shot opportunities. And if the hunting wasn't good enough you have one main log cabin with loft area, and a second guest log cabin for friends and family, you have a large garage area to store 4 wheelers and equipment, 2 lakes for fishing, and enough pasture for 10 horses. The only thing that I can say is this is one of the best farms on the market today. One more thing 2 of my personal deer in the 170" range were harvest 2 and 1/2 miles from this property.
