Shane's Comments: I own half this property and have spent hundreds of hours manicuring it for whitetails. There is around 100 acres of timber that I never step foot in and soon to be another 27 acres of warm season grasses that I won't walk in for a total of 127 acres of sanctuaries. The 27 acres of CRP will also feather the edges of my fields for more daylight movement. I have 4 acres of established food plots and I am putting in another 6 acres for a total of around 10 acres of standing corn, beans, turnips, peas, and clover, (this will be finished for the next owner in 2010). I will put my reputation on the line and say this is one of the best 150 acres on the market, and I have the video to prove it. This entire area is managed for mature whitetails, and the 2009 season we saw over 9 different bucks on the farm that we consider shooters, over 4 years old. Both my cameraman and I missed a 160" 6 year old deer we call Brows, (see pics below), and I was 10 yards from harvesting a 150" 6 year old 8 pt. On good days you will see over 25 deer and you never know what might be behind the next doe. I'm telling you folks, you will not be disappointed if you walk this farm.
