Derek's background and experience has him bringing buyers and sellers together
to fulfill the dream of owning a prime Iowa whitetail hunting property. Having
grown up in the Midwest and hunting whitetails since his early childhood, Derek
has developed a great understanding of how to recognize a property's potential
and how to develop properties into prime hunting tracts. Derek and his wife,
Megan, have turned the hobby of whitetail hunting into a lifestyle. This is
evident by the piles of shed antlers, the stacks of trail camera photos, the hours
of whitetail footage, the collection of trophy whitetails, and a lifetime of hunting
stories. In addition to his hunting experience, Derek has been involved in
whitetail video production for several years. In that time, Derek has filmed
and hunted on some of the best whitetail tracts in the world, many of which
are located in Iowa. Derek's video work and hunts can be seen on videos such
as Hunter's Specialties' "Primetime Bucks" series, PSE Inc.'s "Whitetail Fever"
series, and Adrenaline Outdoors "Pure Adrenaline" series. Some of these hunts
